Marshall LEVC Nottingham update

An important notice for LEVC customers in the East Midlands regarding ongoing servicing, parts and aftersales support.

Notice ยท 14 April 2026

We are writing to update LEVC customers in Nottingham and the wider East Midlands on the future of our LEVC representation. Following a review of the brand's regional network, the Marshall LEVC Nottingham site will be moving to a revised operating model from late spring 2026. We understand that any change to your local dealership raises questions, and we want to be clear and reassuring about what this means for you.

LEVC (the London EV Company) builds the electric TX taxi and the VN5 electric van, vehicles that many of our customers rely on every day to earn a living. Continuity of service is therefore our absolute priority. We want to stress from the outset that servicing, warranty work, parts supply and roadside support for your LEVC vehicle will continue without interruption throughout this transition.

What is changing

From the changeover date, new vehicle sales enquiries for LEVC in the Nottingham area will be handled through the wider Marshall network and LEVC's national sales team. Aftersales activity, including routine servicing, MOT preparation, software updates and warranty repairs, will continue to be supported by our trained LEVC technicians. Where a particular job is better suited to an alternative location, our team will arrange this for you and keep any disruption to a minimum.

  • Servicing, MOT and warranty work for TX taxis and VN5 vans continues as normal
  • Genuine LEVC parts remain available and can be ordered through our parts team
  • Existing service plans and warranties are fully honoured and unaffected
  • Your booking history and vehicle records are retained and transferred securely

If you already have a service or repair appointment booked, that booking stands and there is nothing you need to do. Our service advisers will contact affected customers directly in the coming weeks to confirm arrangements and answer any individual questions about your vehicle.

For drivers operating under the Plug-in Taxi Grant or local clean-air commitments, we know that downtime is costly. We have planned this transition specifically to protect uptime, with priority booking for working taxis and vans and clear communication at every stage. If you depend on your LEVC for daily fares or deliveries, please speak to our team early so we can prioritise your needs.

We are grateful to every LEVC customer who has trusted us in Nottingham, and we remain committed to supporting electric commercial drivers across the region. Full details, including the confirmed changeover date and contact arrangements, will be published on this page and shared directly with customers. If you have any concerns in the meantime, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
