Our registered office and company details, including company registration number and VAT number, are available on request from any of our centres. All content on this website is provided for general information only and does not constitute advice. Privacy Notice
We are committed to protecting your personal information and processing it lawfully, fairly and transparently in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We collect data you provide when you enquire, book a service, request a valuation or apply for finance, and we use it to fulfil your request, manage your account and, where you have agreed, to keep you informed about relevant products and offers. We do not sell your data. You have the right to access, correct, restrict or erase the information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us.
Terms and Conditions of Sale and Supply
Our terms and conditions of sale and supply set out the basis on which we sell vehicles, parts and accessories and provide servicing and repairs. They cover ordering, deposits, delivery, pricing, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, warranties and cancellation. Any contract for the supply of goods or services is formed only when we accept your order in writing. A full copy of the relevant terms is provided with your order documentation and is available on request from your local centre.
Finance Commission Disclosure
We are a credit broker and not a lender. We can introduce you to a limited number of finance providers and may receive a commission for doing so, which may be a fixed fee or a percentage of the amount you borrow. The lender selected, the products offered and any commission received do not affect the interest rate or terms you are quoted. You may request further information about the nature of any commission before you proceed. Marshall Motor Group is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, Firm Reference Number (FRN) 310503. You can verify this on the FCA Financial Services Register.
Initial Disclosure Document
Our Initial Disclosure Document explains who we are, the regulated activities we are permitted to carry out, the range of finance and insurance products we can introduce you to and how we are remunerated. It also describes the service we provide and confirms that we do not charge you a fee for arranging your finance. A copy is made available to you before you enter into any regulated agreement.
Modern Slavery Statement
We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity, and to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking have no place in our business or supply chains. In accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we review our policies, conduct due diligence on suppliers and provide guidance to colleagues to identify and address any risks. Our statement is reviewed and approved annually.
Gender Pay Gap Reports
As an employer, we publish our gender pay gap figures each year in line with our statutory reporting obligations. These reports set out the mean and median pay and bonus gaps across our workforce and describe the actions we are taking to build a diverse, inclusive and fair workplace where every colleague can progress on merit.
Complaints Handling Policy
We aim to provide an excellent standard of service, but if something falls short we want to put it right. If you wish to make a complaint, please contact your local centre or our customer relations team and we will acknowledge your concern promptly, investigate it fairly and keep you informed of our progress. If your complaint relates to a regulated finance product and you remain dissatisfied with our final response, you may be entitled to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
